I have been here a couple times but tonight was my first time back in a couple years. I went by myself. I was seated right away at a high top table in the bar area. It was a time in the night right before the dinner rush came in. I had two servers check on me as far as give me the menu and then asked for my drink order. I ordered the fried seafood combo platter. I asked for no oysters and replace the fries with a different side. My server told me I would get more of the fried shrimp and grouper in replace of the oysters and I got a side of greens to replace the fries. My order came out quick and it looked amazing. The only hiccup was the food runner forgot to bring me the cocktail and remoulade sauces. I did have to wait a little bit to get them but my server was super nice about it. The food was outstanding. The fried seafood had a good batter, seasoned and cooked perfect. The slaw was very good and although the side of greens was a salad with just greens it had a delicious vinaigrette on it. I got 8 large shrimp with tail on and two pieces of grouper. It was not a ton of food but I don’t care about that anyway. I prefer quality over quality especially at a restaurant like this and that was what I got. It was some of the best fried seafood I have had in the area. The cocktail and remoulade sauces were delicious. This is a must try if you are visiting or live in the area. They do have specials so check out my pics for that. Vegetarian options: They have salads to choose from. Parking: There is a large town parking lot that is pay per hour depending on the time of the day and year. Quite frankly, I’ve been in there two times and it’s rather aggravating the way they treat me. They almost look at me like I’m not worth their time. And rush me out pretty fast no matter if I’ve just started talking or if there’s no one in the building because there were two different instances like that and quite frankly, this is very aggravating to me I will not be going back here. I met Izzy and Madison today. What a great atmosphere they bring to the table. Oysters were amazing- James river VA oysters were awesome, but what got me was their personalities and performance. Madison’s smile could like up a dark room, and Izzy’s lightheartedness is something that is as welcoming as the margarita she makes. Great spot by the ocean. Don’t believe the other reviews by a creep with a doggy. Service: Dine in

The Shark bar and kitchen has officially the best tuna tacos on the beach! I would recommend this place to anyone who really likes fresh seafood. There are tons of great options and they have exterior seats.
