Mcdonald's - Wrexham

Ordered a takeaway and when it arrived yet again a full meal not in the bag and when you ring the number to complain they hang up on you not good customer service service at all £8 for a meal not cheap needs sorting out

Food was cold and fries were undercooked. Staff can’t even remember to add a straw into the bag. Wouldn’t mind if this was a one time thing but this happens frequently. I recommend going to Chirk maccys instead.

Milk shakes great, fries great , burgers were over cooked , dry and thrown together, big mac was just about ok, double cheese burger probably the worse i've ever bought!

A girl (didn’t get her name wearing a plastic belt metal holes short blonde hair) was very rude, brought food to the table and just slid it on the table smirking at us didn’t say a thing to us said thank you to her and she just smirked again very unprofessional behaviour

Place looked run down. Floor totally littered. Bouncer knocking/rattling his knuckles on table. When u got burger, it was cold, tasteless- cardboard has got more flavour. I ended up throwing up. Never again mo McDonald’s. Not paying for something to be sick from
