Cunliffe Arms - Wrexham

Excellent catering for a wake, plenty of choice and good quality buffet. The overall decor is a little old fashioned, but all part of the traditional charm of a proper local pub.

I went for a Sunday carvery lunch. It was decent, but I didn't enjoy the vegetables that were served. I prefer my carrots without any other ingredients mixed in, and I would have liked to see peas on offer. I generally avoid cauliflower, but the beef was good. Despite living close by for 24 years, I had never been to this restaurant before. Overall, it was an okay experience.

My friend and I are frequent visitors to the Cunliffe for the Sunday carvery. The food is delish, piping hot and served with a smile!! I usually have lamb and turkey with crispy roasties and a great selection of veg and tasty gravy. The carvery is very popular and despite being so busy, the staff are friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend a visit.

This charming pub is located right beside Acton Park and offers delicious food, a great selection of gins, and delightful staff (special shoutout to Kelly). Plus, Riley the dog is an added bonus! I highly recommend this place.

Great pub, can walk in on my own and all the locals join you in conversations. Drinks great, food great and the bar staff are fab
