Miller Carter Worcester

1st visit to a Miller and Cater and unfortunately a Poor one. Poor service Poor food Half a lettuce is hardly a prepared salad bowl Steak under cooked to what was asked for Slow table service when we finished our meal and the rectangle plates make it very difficult to plate up your meal. I guess you have to try everything once!

It was a nice environment We had the lobster, it was so good it had us licking our fingers!! I also had half barbecue ribs and I can honestly say the chefs know what they are doing The portions were good, I wasn’t expecting two lobsters tails and there were plenty of chips as well

Service was wonderful and we were pleased to see a lunch menu. I had the calamari excellent) and the steak sandwich steak was quite tasteless and the onion loaf was overcooked) and my wife had the chicken pieces really nice) and the fillet steak £6.50 extra and quite tasteless. We added grilled vegetables, macaroni cheese and button mushrooms. All very nice but couldn't taste any garlic in the mushrooms. If we go again we'll stick to the ribs which we really enjoyed on our last visit to the exeter branch) and if I want a steak I'll stick to the ones in London Hawksmoor or Gaucho) where you choose the beef Australian/Irish/USDA/ENglish then choose your cut. Much tastier. I am happy to pay three times as much for better meal. The advantage of M&C is obviously price and you get what you pay for

We had amazing food but what was more memorable was the service, well done. It was Valentines Day so extremely busy but the management had catered for this by having a lot of staff on. Service was excellent but not too fast, which I do find in some restaurants.

We have been here several times and each time the food and the service is fantastic. Its not cheap but its worth the money. Keep up the good work.
