Mcdonalds Restaurants - Worcester

We arrived at McDonald's in Worcester at 6:30pm on a very busy Saturday night. The staff were incredibly efficient considering how busy they were. One young man even took the time to wish us a good evening. We were very impressed. Keep up the good work, McDonald's Worcester!

Today, we had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's for lunch. A woman named Tracey helped us find a table for 5 and even brought us another chair. We ordered our meals through the app from our table and Tracey kindly took care of the payment for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including straws, napkins, ketchup, and more. She even engaged with our children, making sure they were happy with their meals. Overall, Tracey was an excellent member of the McDonald's team. Great job, McDonald's!

The service is quick and the restaurant is consistently clean, which is a plus. The dining area is spacious, and the upstairs seating is comfortable. They also have two vending machines upstairs if you prefer that over ordering at the counter. I'm not a fan of the artwork on the walls, especially when I order a drink that doesn't come in a proper glass, but I still get what I paid for. Overall, it's good but not perfect. I would give it four stars!

My son for an early lunch today (11am) staff was fantastic, sad a customer desire to be extremely rude for employees, but the personal did it well, despite the singing abilene directed to them. well done and respect before the staff for managing the situation

If you are considering a delivery from here you probably won't get a full order 4 out of 5 orders have something missing and takes ages to get a refund.
