Kfc - Worcester

Tonight is probably the last time I will be using this store. Always there there is some issues and Bad issues. Waiting time is the biggest problem. Always dirty. You ask to eat in they give the food inside paper bags . I have...complained to kfc direct several times but nothing happens. And this is the chicken wings they want to serve me tonight.... Just give up.

Utterly appalling in every way. The cashier didn't understand our order, which was only a bucket for one person and the finished product which arrived was x Also the waiting time was over minutes, for a meal that should have only taken a...few minutes. No-one seemed to know what they were doing. Many heads, but all running round like headless chickens!!!!

For a Christmas treat I ordered a home delivery KFC, using deliveroo. I went the whole hog and ordered a festive bucket, extra wings and fillets and sides. Order arrived in about an hour which was ok and was luke warm. The order was all...there but as previously mentioned chicken was over cooked, dry and some quite tasteless. Not the best KFC meal I have had and really is not cheap nowadays. I will carry on and use another cheaper and more tasty southern fried chicken shop in the same city.

Order from here with uber eats. Half the order missing, food felt like it had been warmed up multiple times. Some serious management issues
