Spanish Grill - Worcester

I ordered a pizza empanadilla and it was stale and dried up inside, I asked the food attendant which serviced my order if she could exchange that old one for a fresh one and she told me if I could move to the side that she was attending to someone( which was the person who I went to order food with me) I went on to leave her the old empanadilla and proceeded to tell her their service was awful and never mind the quality of food. Its a never again for me??

New opening at EL PRIMOTerrible service, they didn't serve us. We had to leave.Went in Friday 9pm. Place wasn't packed. I tried to order for about 30 mins no one even tried to take my order.Service: 1/5
