Bidrage med feedbackThis place was very decent for an almost food restaurant in worcester, ma. but every time I go, it gets worse and I just go a few times a year. well, I have gone a few times, but that's the last stray. I don't know how to prove this, but I brought my 2 ten year old daughter tonight and even they noticed and commented on how strange the drive thru clerk is we admire us and seemed a little too close to us for comfort to begin. 5 minutes after eating I realized why they admired and now, 6 hours later all 3 of us are sick and have been back in the bathroom every 20 minutes. I don't think I have to give more details than that, but they will see my face tomorrow and there will be no pleasant experience for one of them. it's disgusting and I can't believe I was so unpredictable to bring my baby girls here. I feel guilty and very, very angry.
I had a great experience tonight. alejandro was very patient and helpful. has made a mistake on an online order and helped us with the problem. thanks for the great service.
Edit: After I've been here a few times, I think his common problem with almost food now steer. eating is old and cold, waiting is incredible, and the people who work here are pretty filthy. Actually, I'd make it clear from now on. there are other options close to that are much better. it is regrettable because I have always preferred burger king mcdonalds, but no longer.

I bought a sandwich that was made wrong, it wasn 't the first time it happened but it was the first time I sent a message in the app informing the error. I understand that mistakes can happen. I asked for the lunch to be made according to my order. I received an email asking for more details to investigate what happened. I reported the error that had occurred and sent the information, the photo of the snack that I did not eat, the order note that showed that the order was made correctly, but the snack was not delivered as ordered.Then I received a new email giving me a discount voucher in an amount much lower than what was paid in the order. I didn 't ask for my money back or a discount for the next purchase. I just wanted my snack to be made correctly according to the order and payment made. But I only received one ahhh what a shame, we were wrong, but you will get a symbolic discount for the next purchase. This is absurd, paying for something that was done wrong and getting a discount for the mistake made by them as if they were helping me.
