Bidrage med feedbackThe food is flavorful and fresh. The food is good and I will have them a 9.I loved their banku with okra sauce. It was filled with flavor.It’s a small business. It’s set up where you get your food and go but ,sitting there is uncomfortable because it’s small. It’s clean and the decorations are colorful and pretty.The service is extremely terrible , bad service to the point where I do not wish to return. EVER! The females are very rude and unfriendly . They always have a nasty look on their faces.First off, when you walk in you they don’t acknowledge you in a friendly or welcoming manner. They are passive aggressive. They will ignore you as if the place is packed when it’s not.They take your order with such a serious face and demeanor. They will start speaking their native language making you feel as if they are talking about you. I’m so serious. The laughters are suspicious when you’re placing your order.HAHAHA!The men are alright but the feels are terrible.They never seems to have anything available on the menu.The waiting time is long.They don’t answer the phone . My experience there has never been a friendly.No, wait..I had a good experience there one time . The waitress was a well dressed man . He was nice. I’ve been there three times.I will never support this business because I did not feel good there .The food is absolutely delicious and I will never take that from them.This might be the best place in Worcester but good luck dealing with their nasty attitude and horrible service. Its not worth my my time or money.Ghanaian business owners do better ! Be friendly and make your customers feel comfortable when they walk in to support your business !SMILE!Listen, without a customer there is NOOOOOOO BUSINESS, always remember that.
HORRIBLE TIMING! We came to visit family and placed a simple order at 1:27pm and was told 1 hour for our food. It is now 3:05pm and we are still waiting for our food which we had to pay for when we arrived. No matter what, the respect for peoples time is more important than anything. We will never
1 hour of wait for fufu and soup and the taste doesnt even backup the wait time. If you want food, order in the morning and pick it up in the
Food was nice. We had a long wait time. There's a sitting area but not in use, however you can ask to sit there and eat. You'll not be waited on if you decide to sit there and eat. Its more of order to go tather than a dine in experience. Probably in future it may be open for dine in. Prices are similar to their competitors. There room for parking. Service was okay. They are open on mondays whereas the others are closed on mondays.Vegetarian options: Let them know your preferenceKid-friendliness: Since its not a dine in per say, you can bring your child to pick up your order.Parking: It was around lunch time and there was sufficient parking space. Again since people are not expected to dine in, once you pick up your order there's room for another person to park when their order is ready. The menu board needs to be updated with current prices. Its different on the board and different on your receipt. Also the board should indicate what food is ready as they become ready instead of them telling we don't have this or thst, yet its written on the menu board.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibleDietary restrictions: Let them know your dietary preferences and they will accomodate you.
They used to take very long during covid years, but now they're improving with time. Their food is good, it's just smaller than it used to be
