Creek Side - Woodward

Stop here on the way home from a day of fishing in Bald Eagle State Park. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the prices were good. Nice place to stop with a family and children. It'll be safe to stop here. I loaded the hamburger with freshly cut pommes.

Last month, while I traveled from NY to Altoona, because of my daughter's wedding. Friendly atmosphere, great service and the Steak salad is incredibly huge! Visit this place again on our next trip to PA.

We were a big party of 15 people. The food was great and the service was excellent. My grilled chicken salad was the size that a small family could feed. The chicken was perfectly cooked and remained moist. The coconut cream pie should die for. The waitress made the food. She gave great service and remembered everything. The best she provided was the criminal back with a group who likes to joke with waitress. Thanks for a great meal. We will definitely come back.

My wife and I don't often go to breakfast and decided to try the Creek Side Restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and polite. Although they were very busy, we had our drinks and placed our food order in a few minutes after sitting. Our meals took some time, but were worth waiting. We both had very complete breakfast for less than $20. We will definitely return.

Not sure if these people actually understand the concept of a salad. Got takeout and my wife 's doesn 't look any better. Asked for the fries on the side, which I got. They are at least 24 hours old. Not sure how you mess up French fries. The small amount of iceberg lettuce that is actually contained in the salad is surrounded by globs of semi melted cheese cubes that are stuck together and about a pound of various low quality deli meets. Should have just cooked. Will not return.
