Taste of China - Woodstock

Unfortunately, the customer service at this restaurant is terrible. We ordered food and received the wrong order. By the time we realized the mistake, our guests had already begun serving the food. After contacting the restaurant, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our correct order to arrive. The driver suggested that we keep the food we had already opened, as they could not take it back. Later, I received several calls from the restaurant, only to be accused of intentionally keeping the wrong order to receive extra food. This was a disappointing and disturbing experience. I left a note on my porch expressing my disappointment with how the situation was handled. We ended up paying over $100 for food we did not receive initially. Sadly, they have lost a loyal customer in me and my family.

Yesterday, I ordered a large amount of food for my friends and myself from this restaurant....and it was the most delicious Chinese food I've had in years! There was nothing to complain about - the broccoli was perfect, crunchy yet tender, the honey garlic ribs had a rich and flavorful dark sauce (not the bland ones offered by other restaurants), and the chicken balls were made with large chunks of white meat and had a crispy, light batter. Every dish we tried was equally fantastic. The food tasted incredibly fresh and the overall flavor of each dish was exceptional. The portions were very generous and my friends were just as impressed as I was. If I could, I would give this restaurant six stars!

I visited this restaurant and noticed a family of four waiting for their order. The waitress promptly took my order and was very friendly. I ordered shrimp curry and shrimp stir fry noodles. The curry had 5 small shrimp, along with broccoli and a sauce. The taste was okay. The shrimp stir fry was similar, with 5-6 small shrimp and just noodles. I requested crispy noodles but did not receive them. I always provide fair and honest reviews, and I may return when I am in the area again. However, for now, my rating remains at 3 stars.

Friendly staff. the hotel is located in the city of woodstock. eating is delicious and the portions generous. reasonably expensive.

Was very impressed with our pick up order. Was ready on time, was very hot, very tasty, amount of food received fed 6 of us plus did up 6 extra smaller meals for through the week.
