They made excuses for the slow service, even though there was only one person ahead of me in line. The cook seemed suspicious, and one worker seemed uninterested in providing good service. Overall, I was not impressed with this restaurant experience.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but be prepared to wait for it. There was a mistake in my order and I had to wait even longer. It takes at least 15 minutes for the food to be ready as it is made fresh, which they don't mention if you're in a rush. This was my third visit and this time my order was incorrect - I received 1 double instead of 3 and 2 singles. Many in my group were not happy with the service.
I ordered a Teen Burger without meat, which seemed to baffle the staff member, who then proceeded to relay the order to the cook in a sarcastic tone. My other daughter ordered a plant-based burger, which she was made to feel guilty about since it would take 8 minutes to cook. Despite there being enough time before closing, we were made to feel rushed and unwelcome by the female staff member. The two male employees were friendly, but the overall experience was marred by the poor customer service skills of the woman working there. In retrospect, we regret spending over $60 at this restaurant and wish we had read reviews beforehand to avoid the negative experience. We should have taken our business elsewhere.
