Bidrage med feedbackMy first time here, I was very pleased. Prices were very reasonable and good portions. The atmosphere was nice and the quality of the sushi was excellent. Not like the ones you get at these buffet places where it tastes like it was frozen. Service was very good. I will definitely return. Especially 1/2 price sushi Sunday!
Went for my sons birthday. The staff was amazing. Our Chef Alejandro was really funny and attentive to the Birthday Boy. The food was really good. Awesome experience
Absolutely love the staff and the food was great. They paid extra attention to my husband's allergies and pickiness. Beyond grateful for Volcano.
Came here with my husband a few nights ago and we had a great experience. Dom was our chef and he kept the whole table laughing and engaged. This was our first time dining inside and it was amazing. We will definitely be back and asking for Dom again.
UPDATED Lina was manager on duty that helped with refund for overcharge and she was very helpful and professional. She also expressed apology for the gap in service. Some faith restored as result of her, so I am updating to 3-stars. ORIGINAL POST I have dined here multiple times and always had a decent experience. Unfortunately, this past Fathers Day was less than stellar. The waitress was completely inattentive and never revisited us after the initial drink delivery. My granddaughters meal was not even placed so our entire party was done with their Hibachi cooked meals before she even got her meal. When reminded by our cook, she got an attitude. When we approached the manager on duty, she too was short and lacked any empathy. We never received so much as an apology for the poor service. To add insult to injury, I realized today (3-days later) that they charged my credit card for $36.21 more than by printed receipt amount (doubled the tip, which she deserved zero of in the first place). I have called and spoken with manager on duty today and will report back if/how they solve. Suffice to say, I am very disappointed with Volcano as a former repeat customer. Customer service matters and if your employees don 't like their job, they should get a new one. P.S. Food quality was good and hibachi chef was awesome.
