Mcdonald's - Woodstock

Hmm...If the line at Bojangles is too long and dining in is not an option, you can always head to McDonald's.

This is the first bite of spicy chicken nuggets. Not only was the order wrong (ordered 10 regular nuggets, received 20 spicy nuggets) there was what a chicken claw appeared in the first piece. Dropped the rest.

The customer is always friendly to employees, but I still have to get a 100% correct order from this location. It is less a problem if you can simply immerse and repair it, but the management is dismissed and not helpful. Today was the last straw. The food we received was rather uneven than usual, and half of our order was missing or was completely wrong.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly attractive, and all the front of house employees are fantastic. The service is friendly and speedy. However, the food was disappointing. It seems like it may have been a bad day for delivery at the McDonald's because the Big Mac I ordered with light sauce had a quarter pound patty on it, extra sauce, and no onions. The chicken sandwich I ordered without tomatoes had extra tomatoes, no mayo, a few pieces of lettuce, and both sandwiches were cold. Despite these issues, I usually enjoy this McDonald's because the staff is nice and the service is quick. This particular day, it seems like the kitchen staff may not have been at their best.

I?ve given this McDonald?s many chances and each chance I?ve given them to give me at least decent service they never do so. Food is always cold, manager and employees are rude, always giving out wrong orders or missing items from order, and they get mad if you go and ask them to fix it. The manager yells at the older employees for messing something up in front of customers and belittles them. This place is horrible. Don?t waste your time. It?s not even worth it if you?re looking for something quick cause chances are you?ll spend more time there waiting for your order to be fixed than actually grabbing something quick.
