Applebee's Grill - Woodstock

EVERY TIME I go to a Bee, I'm highly disappointed bc of what they CAN'T do???Its been a while bc of this, and it looks like giving them another chance was another failed attempt! Why? Bc I was quoted a 10 min wait while the restaurant was rather empty??? See how empty in the picture!?!

All food was cold kept send food back this was terrible I would not recommend this to anyone to eat at it was just

Had chicken fajita wrap. All wrap and lettuce. Had to tell the bartender what was in a texas margarita. 5:30 on a Friday place is nearly empty. Nothing but a bunch of kids working. Abysmal. Won't waste my time or money again.

Our server was excellent and very attentive. Food was edible but very straight-out-of-the-box tasting.

It took 35+ minutes to get a table in a half empty restaurant. The food was only half warm and service was slow. The restaurant looked like it needed a good cleaning with the floors being dirty. I also had a small spider run across my back in the waiting area. The management seemed indifferent with what was going on and just walked from thr front to the back without helping out.
