Bistro Punta Sal - Woodside

Came here and brought my whole Peruvian family because I saw a tiktok about it and we are all heavily disappointed .. the carne asada was burnt and smallest of portions and the bistec a lo pobre looked like a stew The prices were not bad but I just wish I enjoyed the meal especially when we?re spending a few hundred dollars ; I don?t know if they were having a bad day or the chef was new or something but definitely not a taste of Peru

Food is great but they need more waiters, we went on a weekend and had a very long wait. The mixed ceviche and the mango dessert were really good.

I?ve been searching for a place around Sunnyside that serves ahí de gallina and I?m so glad I found this place. It?s a very cozy location with nice decor. The staff was super attentive and kind. The ají de gallina was absolutely delicious as was the sauces they provided. Definitely coming back to try their other dishes!
