Got my order wrong, got my name wrong, didnt put the cream cheese on and dropped a container of cheap Philadelphia cream cheese in the bag. The bagels were ok though.

This place is amazing, spectacular, especially for my fellow vegans

After 30 mins of waiting, I never got my bagel. I left because I had to be somewhere and was running late. All you had to do was toast it. Yeah, you’re busy, but was never told how long it might take and now I am out the $5 I never would have spent had I known. I’ll take down the review if you refund my item.
