Starbucks - Woodmere

Super slow I've been waiting 20 minutes !! Not what I expect from Starbucks!! Also, if you are open until 6:30pm, then you are open until 6:30pm don't close up the drive thru 15 minutes early. They closed the sit down section as well. Time to fire some folks. Extremely disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a cold brew on the app and drive down to the store in the middle of my work day. I have to wait several minutes to get in the entrance, as the drive through line was long enough to be off their property. I park and walk to the door, which had a crowd of people trying to get in. One guy was pounding on the glass. There were at least 50 drinks and other orders stacked up on their counter, and employees were inside. I didn't have an hour to wait in the drive through line, and that's not how I ordered it on their app. I ordered it for in store pick up because this location is known for a ridiculously slow drive through. I wasted my time and money for nothing but feeling angry. Find anywhere but this location to get get coffee.

I came in and had some bad experience the last time that I was here made my drink wrong.. I talked to katie about it and she helped me and even took care of my next drink! she is totally rocky! I love this place so much!

Ordered one drink, got it with a different milk not what I requested and the barista gave me such a dirty look. She spilled out the other drink and prepared a new one without even telling me it was done.

Always out of everything. Nitro cold brew was out for at least 3 months, they had it for a week, and it’s been sold out again since . I waited in line. I was the only one in the store. 15 minutes later with me standing there someone finally asked what I ordered, then they told me they were out. Worst location
