I don't think people realize drive thru is for fast service and small orders, when people make big orders and assume to be served nicely after. while the workers are rushed so they can serve other customers as well the service that is provided is to be expected make a small order fast and easy, everyone is happy move along, or if did not like the service put in an application for a job there and make it better your self simple as that.

Best FAST food place in town. The drive-thru is super fast and if there's any problem with your order they are quick to make it right..(regardless of whose fault it is) you can tell a lot about a place by its bathrooms and the West Main Street Taco Bell bathrooms are clean. Most importantly the food quality is good every time I've been there.

Worst Taco Bell I?ve been too. The employees are so beyond slow. Constantly stopping work to talk to eachother. Physically moving as slow as possible (and a few of them using loud vulgar language). Theres no reason why a small fast food order shouldtake 20+ minutes when the restaurant isn?t THAT busy. Avoid this location. Youll save time driving across town to the other TacoBell rather than going here.
