Mcdonald's - Woodland

I called the store for a change to my order and they said they would take care of it to find out I was given wrong items

The big Mac meal wasn't supposed to have salt or Mac sauce which both items had. Also the sodas tasted like complete carbonation and not like Dr pepper. completely gross. the only good thing was the nuggets were fresh. I have always had amazing orders through McDonald's otherwise

The burgers were fantastic, and the fries were incredibly warm and delightful.

I wish I could have specified the amount of cream and sugar I wanted for my drink. Additionally, the quoted price didn't include drinks, and even the cheapest option had a $0.29 charge. It would also be nice to have the option to substitute for a different protein; I prefer ham and would have been willing to pay a reasonable extra charge for it.

The delivery time was decent, but the food arrived ice cold, and the fries were underfilled. This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Seriously, how difficult can it be?
