Fatburger Buffalo's Express

First experience...the food was good! I would go back! I wish you could put some of the buffalo sauces on your burgers!

We are never disappointed by the food or service at this restaurant. We usually order wings and burgers, and they are open late at night with plenty of parking. The impossible menu items are delicious.

They hire anyone In-N-Out won't. The restaurant is a mess with dirt covering the walls. I am a fan of Fatburger. Owner, please step up your game. I am tired of having to drive all the way to Sepulveda.

The burgers are juicy and the FAT FRIES are amazing. I wish the bun was a bit more chewy, but for those that preper a lighter bun would enjoy it. Please take my advice and DO NOT ORDER THE ONION RINGS. They were the worst I have ever had. I'm assumingit wasn't the oil, because our fries were fine, but the onion rings tasted almost...fishy! Also, my family member did the XXXLburger challenge and had their photo taken, but when we came back to see it on the wall it wasn't put up yet which was verydisappointing. Please put up the photos soon! Oh, and there is tons of parking.

I requested for my egg to be scrambled at the restaurant, but the cook refused. I was baffled by the fact that they offer eggs on burgers but won't prepare them to your liking. I noticed the same cook happily making scrambled eggs for attractive women in short skirts, but not for others. Fatburger should instruct their cooks to make scrambled eggs as it is simpler than frying them. I am warning my friends and colleagues not to visit the Fatburger in Woodland Hills due to their terrible service and lack of understanding of customer satisfaction. I give them zero stars.
