California Pita - Woodland Hills

Was here early as a child and always fell in love with the lemon sauce. Just one of the most nostalgic tastes of my childhood. Came back after many years and the food is exactly as it was before. Salad was fresh and the dressing is perfect. I like the brown rice personally. General quantities of chicken also, something that many other restaurants skip. A plate can easily bump two people. I am glad to see that this business is still flowering after all these years and that they have managed to get amazing match with the quality and taste of the food.

Surprisingly good. If you get Steak cabob. It comes with onions and mushrooms. What ruin the whole meal when you take it to go. And Pita doesn't have a 0 stars. But Falafel was pretty good. And sauces were delicious

This place relocated from the Gateway Plaza into a new very nicely furnished place. So much nicer then the previous location with same great food and great family oriented service. The lemon sauce makes the chicken plate so much brighter. The food is so fresh, anything you order is a winner! Huge portions easily shared not that you are gonna want to.

Good food, ample portions. Staff is friendly and attentive. Place is clean and good spacing between tables. Shish Kabob was overly salted but cut with he hummus it was good. Need better music what was playing was somber and bleak.

I visited this place with my staff and it is a great place to get some healthy / tasty meals. I tried the salmon salad. The salmon was cooked directly and perfectly seasoned. The salad was decent and the dressing was not too bold, but still tasty. The Pistachio Dessert is also really good after you have finished your entree. I would definitely come back to try some of their other menu items.
