Thai Good Eats

What a pleasant surprise! We stopped by the Thai BBQ food truck for lunch today in Woodland Park. The food here is the real deal. We ordered the Pad Kah Pow Gai (stir fry basil, green beans, and chicken) which was spicy but very tasty. My wife isn't a big fan of spicy, but she enjoyed it as well. We also tried each of the Lumpia, Veggie Spring Rolls, and Fried Dumplings. Each of the appetizers was delicious and we especially enjoyed the Lumpia and Fried Dumplings. The dumpling sauce was the bomb. Friendly owner who shared what each item included and she was spot on. We will return for more!

Prepared and seasoned very well. Not overpriced. Excellent customer service. Well worth more visits.

This is my 3rd visit and everything I have ordered has been amazing from the Curry, BBQ, noodles, and egg rolls. It's hard to believe we can get excellent quality Thai food in the mountains, but thanks to Thai Good Eats it's possible!

We Had the BBQ pork fried rice and lumpia today... DELICIOUS!! Will be back!!

Excellent flavor!! My wife kept asking me to stop here and pick up anything. I had seen on their website that they were going to have Pho today (I know, that's Vietnamese). So, I ordered Pho for myself, Thai BBQ plate for my wife, and an order of vegetable egg rolls to share (6 to an order). Everything we had tasted delicious and fresh, and it was after 3 PM when I stopped! And I had a 10 minute drive home to bring it to my wife. It was still very hot and fresh even after sitting in containers for the drive home! The lady taking orders and serving was very pleasant and helpful also. She saw me taking pictures of everything, including the menu board outside and politely told me that her menu changes every week. I can't recall what days she said she's in Woodland Park, but I think she said Wednesday through Friday, or maybe Saturday. We will definitely be back to try more of their delicious food!
