Novelty Hill Januik Winery

We didn 't have a good experience. One of their club members highly recommended to go here. So we decided to try. We had reservations and showed up on time. It was a hot day. There were other customers with no reservations before us and they got tables in shade. The waiter directed us to our table, only one chair out of four had shade. We asked for inside seating, the waiter said inside is all full and checked and said no other table outside with shade is available. We could see other empty tables literally with shade in the same section though. We had no choice other than request to cancel our reservation. The waiter grabbed the menues in an aggressive way, said ok,cancelled and left us in a rude manner. When leaving, a lady in our group who felt dehydrated went inside to get water. We noticed there were two tables empty inside (the waiter said is all full, not reserved). Shout out to the waitress who gave us a cold soda free.Our accent and skin color was different from other customers who got seated. We felt we might have not been welcomed here.

Not only does NHJ provide delicious wine and food, they provided the best atmosphere for my wedding! The beautiful venue itself provided such a great canvas for hosting our big day, the modern architecture, beautiful lush green trees and lower garden not to mention the high quality service of their staff! From the moment I booked the venue, to the day of the wedding, NHJ team was so helpful and communicative, they really made my wedding planning so easy for me. Our family and friends have not stopped raving about our wedding venue and the food! THANK YOU NHJ!!!

Recent visit to Wine Down Wednesday' did not disappoint!Great setting for friends to gather with some wine, good pizza andconversation with live music in the background. Servers areattentive and aim to please! As a long time club member, this is one of my favorite clubs of the many WA wineries that I have been a member of.

My partner and neighbor came with 3 kids and we all had a great time. The kids had fun dancing to the music. The small bites were delicious. We plan on going back in August.

Always a lovely visit to Novelty Hill-Januik! Everything from the wine (obviously) and food to the service and environment is exceptional. I keep missing the potato chip pairing, but am looking forward to it at some point! It's probably best to make a reservation, but you can always call and see what their availability is. If you're visiting the Seattle area, a visit to the winery is worth the short drive.
