Worst customer service ever, it’s too bad because they do have a good pizza.

This pizza tastes like Papa Romano's..... I do not believe this location reflects the exceedingly high quality and service standards of Sammy's Pizza. Sammy's is the best place to get a pizza that I know of, but don't order from this one. Order from Gibraltar road or Newport road.

This used to be our favorite place for delivery...small business and quality was why. Now it's not even remotely the same. We tend to order our pies well done since we choose to have a good amt of toppings. Well the last 3 orders despite being ordered well done and last night extra well done were barely even normally done... chewy soggy crust without any crisp nature to the bottom at all. Like the center of the pie wasn't even cooked. Not to mention that many times when ordering flavored crust options it was never even on the crust.We've gone times away just thinking it was us, only to return and be disappointed again. At this point I can't say whether I'd go back at all

Yes I really like Sammy's Pizza but I did not appreciate the person that took my order questioning how I would like my pizza. As a customer if I tell you I want my pizza cook halfway through the oven or if I want medium sauce it is your job to to figure out how to do that. It is not your job to tell me We can't really do medium sauce um Yes there is a way it's called don't put as much sauce on the pizza as normal) thank you by the way I was a general manager of a pizza chain for over 8 years so I know you don't talk to people that call in like that. Once I came to pick up my pizza I asked the same person who took my order were they able to put medium sauce on my pizza and he continued to argue with me face to face. Great customer service...

Had to go back to 5 stars after tonight's meal. Had an issue previously with them forgetting my butter parm on the crust. This time there was definitely extra butter parm on my crust like I asked for, and the chicken was beautiful! There was much more than the 20 pcs, and it was perfectly sauced. Great quality food. Thank you.
