Panera Bread - Woodhaven

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. I appreciate that you can order at a self-service counter, then sit down and have your meal served to you.

I love it would have got the bread bowl, but I didn't know they had it so well looted. I should have waited that the place was full, not knowing that all three car companies were out yesterday!! But everyone was helpful because I was confused how to order, forget it done and it was delicious!!

We often come to this restaurant and usually experience excellent service and high-quality food, which is why we keep coming back. However, we understand that everyone has off days and sometimes there may be short-staffed. It seems like last night was one of those days. The chicken salad sandwich was not very filling, we didn't receive any baguettes with our soups, and my daughter's salad seemed a bit small. We even joked that the B team must have been working that night. However, we both agree that this was the first time in a while that things did not meet the usual Panera standards. While we realize that prices are rising and we may not be able to visit as often as we'd like, we always expect excellence from Panera. We will give it another chance and see how things go next time. Perhaps my review will change after that.

Had a great experience here. I think the girl that helped me was Jewell. Coffee was great. Muffin tasted a little older. Scone was great! I accidentally got out through the main entrance and didn't see the direction arrows on the ground. Otherwise a happy experience.

The staff at this restaurant works extremely hard! I'm not sure what they are paid, but it's not enough. They consistently deliver excellent service with speed and professionalism. However, the cinnamon rolls have been disappointingly dry the last two times I ordered them.
