Bidrage med feedbackI’ve ordered here probably at least once a week for the past 1.5 years. I was on hold for over 45 mins waiting to order..when they first answered they said “let me just finish up the call I’m on” I don’t think very many orders take 45 mins.. I called TWICE (on hold 15 min the first call then 30 min the second call) and they said the same thing the second time.. I honestly don’t mind waiting.. but calling twice and being told “I’m just finishing up a call on the other line” makes it sound like a few mins. If there is a 45 min wait just to order, tell me that when you first answer- not “I’ll be right with you I’m finishing up a call”. So unprofessional. And not even checking on me to say thanks for waiting, just a few more mins is just crazy. If you really do have an order that takes over 45min maybe put them on hold for one min for a regular whose order takes one min. Honestly, as I type this I’m still on hold just curious to see how long they are going to leave me on hold. I don’t think I’ll order here again, they lost a customer.
I'm eating at this place many times. They rarely make errors with takeout, the food is hot, fresh, and it tastes good. Good. Seasoned well. I've always enjoyed it. Definitely worth it.
Small, clean, quiet place. The food was very good and service was fast.
Spring rolls were crispy with a very tasty filling. Crab rangoons were light and delicious. Fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had. Garlic combination (chicken, beef, shrimp) was amazing with lots of veggies. Lo mein was also terrific with lots of veggies.
Won Ton soup was good. Spring rolls were like a Totino's, very odd texture, kind of raw inside. Pad Thai, yikes, probably maybe a mistake getting a Thai dish. Wet, with an odd I guess what they consider chicken (tiny, I mean miniscule cubes of chicken, like you see in cat food) , no sprouts, no peanuts. Biggest disappointment ever, and I've been eating all my life. Marginally edible, I suppose, but not enjoyable. The bright spot was our server, Alva. What a Superstar. I would go back just for Her and the soup, but to each their own.
