Panera Bread - Woodburn

Great food, but customer service needs improvement. We've been here for a few years and had good experiences. We have decided what to order, so the worker has mowed around the displays. As soon as we decided, we went to the counter and the worker just walks by and goes to the dining area. In the meantime, a man who seemed to be superior seemed casual in and out of the kitchen, used to teach a worker, but never recognized us. The same worker passes and goes in and out of the kitchen without helping us! Finally, another worker who just started her shift demands someone who is waiting to help us and the other person. Adam immediately took our orders. We ordered the Pick 2 Deli Turkey Sandwich and Chicken Wild Rice Soup, and Pick 2 Gemokt Turkey Sandwich and Chicken Wild Rice Soup. Our dishes were quickly prepared and were of good Panera quality. Back to the alleged superior he sat in the corner without headset, heard company information videos... If he was on break, that's okay, but he would have cut the volume a little. In the end we will order from here, but do not expect great customer service.

I have good experiences at this location, on my second visit this week. The employees are courteous and welcoming. One encouraged me to take my time in departing. I like that Panera makes reference to the Lord's scripture in one of their descriptive signs (see photo attached). The WiFi is reasonable. I was basically the only patron here and I was getting about 17 mbps in both directions. I think it is throttled as it started off at 25. I see at least 7 wall outlets in the dining area. The Unlimited Sip Club subscription is an amazing value and the beverage options are higher quality than most places I dine at. Bagels are great. The Kitchen Sink cookie pairs really well with a cup of joe!

I love Panera Bread! Everything on the menu are deliciou, from bagels to bread to pastry, and more! Great service regardless of the locations! Chicken noodles soup always my favorite!!

Very friendly customer service and delicious bread! Roomy outdoor seating, indoor fireplace, lots of large windows for natural lighting, different types of seating and clean restaurant. We had very friendly customer service and love the selection of natural teas. We ordered soup and sandwich with a brownie and a pecan roll. We will definitely be back! This was our first visit to a Panera Bread store and everything was great. :
