Bidrage med feedbackNot a very pleasant first (and last, unfortunately) visit. To be fair I witnessed an employee wiping down table tops, but everything inside felt dirty to me. All of the tables chairs, the walls, the counters...everything was worn run-down. The restroom was harsh, barely maintained (no paper towels) and all surfaces pretty dirty (my husband said the men's was the same). My shoes were sticking to the floor everywhere I walked. As for the meal, we had 2 special burger baskets. The food was okay and portions decent; service was adequate to get the order taken but not friendly. The place had the feel of a restaurant that's just going through the motions and doing the minimum. I've got no issues with old furnishings, as long as a level of cleanliness is maintained.
This was my first visit to Nancy Jo's. We were heading to the outlet mall and this place was a convenient stop just a couple minutes away. Ever been to a Five Guys? This is their burger joint doppelgänger. They have a pretty straightforward menu of burgers with either single or double pattie options. I went with the single bacon cheeseburger with peanut butter sauce (instead of mayo, mustard or ketchup). Also, if you sign up for their loyalty program, you can get an order of fries free. The counter person (during my visit) will not be winning any awards for congeniality. She really seemed to be annoyed with having to interact with people... customer service training could go a long way in fixing this. The burger was actually very good. The peanut butter sauce really plussed the flavor and made it a more unique option above the competition. If you've never had a burger this way, do yourself a favor and give it a try...it's a whole new (burger) world It can open your eyes Take you wonder by wonder Over, sideways and under On a magic burger ride The fries were tasty and a good sized portion for a small. The fry sauce (self pump dispenser) was pretty tasty too...be sure to have them together. Overall, if you're in the area they are a tasty burger option. I'm recommending despite the (less than pleasant) customer service.
The burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger and Fries
Wow! I really nice burger! They grill the bun. You know a burger is better when the bun is grilled! You can get all the normal fixings which I did two slices of tomato, onion, lettuce and pickles a really nice portion. They also have a bunch of extra toppings you can get like jalapenos and mushrooms and more. They have a beyond meat vegetarian burger option. They have chicken. You can get it grilled or fried. Their french fries are awesome ! Got the small and it's more than I can eat. It is a large portion. They have the skin on them and they are skinny. Very delicious! They have burger sauce or ketchup dispenser. Definitely better than any restaurant in this area around the Woodburn outlets. Everything is priced really well. Definitely better than Red. Robin! Vegetarian options: Beyond beef burger Dietary restrictions: A variety of sandwich options beef, chicken or vegetarian beyond beef Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
