Bidrage med feedbackI hate to give bad reveiws but this isn't the 1st time the steak was horrible& just got off the phone and they told me nothing they can do . I called the next Day only because I saw the food still in the refrigerator and it was my sons food and asked him why he didn't eat it said it was bad ! I wish he told me when I got it but anyway won't be going there anymore.
My family is Peruvian, they love our food, but since I am vegan I only eat tostones and yucca, I normally order food for my mother who is 91 years old. She loves the pollo ala braza and the chaufa rice.
The food is delicious ? we had a tallarin verde, and roasted chicken with fries and green salad. The chicken was so juicy and tasty. The service was ok. Only took the food order and took the food to the table and that's was it. They didn't ask if we wanted something to drink or something.
I usually come here on Thursdays to have lunch between 1 pm and 2 pm there’s always at least on that day a very nice lady with dark hair. I came today on a Friday there’s 2 ladies here these didn’t even had the courtesy to greet anyone , they bring me my food I said thank you NO ANSWER , they brought me my bill I said thank you NO ANSWER ! I asked for a drink afterwards I said thank you NO ANSWER ! No manners was so EVER ! I’m going back but not on Fridays I they still there those 2 I’ll turn around.
If you’re eating there, please check your receipt. The business is automatically adding a service fee of 18% without asking the customer. This was the first time I reviewed the receipt prior to paying and noticed the fee. When I questioned the server, she stated that all businesses do that. This makes me question how many times I have been charged a service fee of 18% and left an additional 20% tip. The business should ask the customer first if they agree to the 18% service fee instead of doing it automatically without the Customers consent. I am very disappointed with the work ethics of this restaurant. I will never go back again.
