Bidrage med feedbackThis is always my go-to place! The store manager, Maggie, goes above and beyond to ensure great service and I truly appreciate her for that. I have been a loyal customer at this Taco Bell for a long time and will continue to be. Although I had some issues with my food during my last few visits, when I spoke to Maggie about it, she was understanding and committed to ensuring it wouldn't happen again.
I had a very salty batch of meat at this restaurant. I ended up eating it cold the next day as a snack to avoid wasting it. They offered a refund, but all I wanted was a Soft Taco Supreme and a drink to make up for it. Despite this experience, I still think it's a great Taco Bell and I will definitely go back. I hope they bring back the Enchirito and offer more vegetarian options like salad or a bean burrito. In terms of parking, there are at least 10-15 spots available. They offer kid-friendly portions and I see children enjoying their meals. I also remember that they have wheelchair accessibility.
I placed an order online and had to wait 35 minutes for my food. Customers who arrived after me received their orders before me. When I brought this up to the staff, they claimed that I had not been waiting for 35 minutes. This Taco Bell location is the worst.
Called to ask if I can use drive thru on my bicycle. No one answered. When I went, got rejected and was asked to come in. They don’t have a bike rack either, so I don’t understand their logic in not wanting to help people out since a bike is a vehicle too but can’t be left unattended for obvious reasons. Food was descent tho. The girl in charge of drive thru was rude but another guy on the window said sorry so that’s cool, even though it doesn’t solve the issue.Parking: No bicycle parking/racks but still not served at the drive thru.
There was no order when I came to restaurant, they said they didn't get any in their system
