2 words. DAY OLDS! I’ve been here many many times over the years. We have always gotten the kouign amaan. They’re not supposed to be soggy. They clearly were sitting for quite some time. I’m sure they were baked fresh… the day before.

Still the best bakery in Dayton! Make sure you try a kouign-amann, the coffee cake, and their amazing monkey bread. You won’t be disappointed!

What a delightful find! I saw a Google article about the best bakeries in each state and can see why Boosalis won for Ohio. I ordered a bunch of pastries to pick up when I visited in April for the eclipse and was in hog heaven. The kouign amann was to die for! All of the pastries were incredible but those really stood out as an exquisite treat. Definitely recommend wholeheartedly!
