We followed some facebook recommendations and reached out to Erin for a last minute first communion cake. She squeezed us in and made a gorgeous vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and many cake pops. Not only did everything look beautiful but it was all delicious. Many of our guests were raving and I look forward to the next time we need a cake for an event. We will definitely be calling Erin!

I was surprised by my family with a custom cake by Erin, and it was the most extraordinary, detailed, stunning cake I have ever received. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, it tasted and looked amazing on the inside. Erin was accommodating of my family’s requests on design and color specifics, dietary restrictions, and she was unafraid to try new flavors, as mine was lavender and honey.
