Hardee's - Wood River

Ordered ahead online and even then I still waited 2-5 minutes in the lobby with no one else in line before anyone even acknowledged my presence, then was told a few more minutes wait. After getting home to enjoy the food, found that the fries in my order were not there.It's not worth it to drive back. The floors were sticky in the lobby as well. Seems like no one working there cares.

Food was good but greasy, as you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. Crunchy salted fries that I liked regardless. Never had much issue with this location besides sometimes they forget food but that’s with any fast food place. Always check your order. Drive thru girl was very nice. Pricing a little steep. I’d come back

I have health issues and let's just say when I asked for fresh fries they really tasted hard and so old so I never really went back cause that amount of money I should be able to receive fresh fries the chicken tenders are really good just a bit to salty for me

Manager was really nice. Fresh biscuits and good service.
