Mob Burger - Wood Ridge

Order at Grubhub at 12:27, waited until 2:00 and order NIE showed up. Restaurant had no communication and would not answer the phone after an hour. Fortunately, Grubhub has refunded me, but I am very upset about this experience.

Here you will find delicious burgers. Get the Donutburger You won't regret it! Friendly and helpful service only in case your order is wrong. If you can't do it with UberEATS or GrubHub. It's worth eating there.

Exceptional service. I had to call them three times because I ordered them by Grubhub and didn't receive a confirmation text, so I thought with my fear that my food would not come. Every time I called, they were very friendly and explained what the Grubhub app said as they don't let me track on my phone. When I finally got the food, a dessert was missing and I felt bad because I called it, so I just wanted to let it go. My husband called instead, and the workers came and delivered it themselves, even though we went through Grubhub. They were so sweet and nursing. Amazing service and delicious food. Definitely back there and this time I'm just gonna go to lol.

Ordered a well-made Patty on a Mob Burger and Pommes, picked her up and came home and it was halfway. Hahaha. If they made me cook their burger, maybe I should give myself some of the profits. Shame. More than sad-burger

This Place has horrible customer service . Won't be ordering any more. They make there mistakes, seem like your fault. Spent over a hundred dollars. Called about a detail they left out. When you order chicken tacos plain nothing on them . They still add cilantro. My son hates cilantro. They wouldn't correct the mistake. for not mentioning that the chicken taco plain, still comes with cilantro. Manager is extremely rude and abrasive. Has no intention, on retaining loyal customers. BEWARE, IF YOU DONT LIKE SUPRISE INGREDIENTS. Ok, the owner responded. All, I wanted that night . Was for my son's order to be correct. Without cilantro. Nothing more. I never asked for a refund. It was never about the money. Just wanted my son to enjoy his meal as we all did. I spent over a hundred bucks that night on my order. What would a refund for one item would have gotten me. Nothing. Insted they tried flipping things around, like we messed up. when we placed our order. Then Refusing to send another. The management should have handled this differently.
