True Cuisine Catering - Wood Dale

We worked with True Cuisine for our wedding. The staff were so helpful during the planning process and helped us stay within our budget. The staff during the wedding made sure me, my husband, and guests were all taken care of. We are still getting complements about how great the food was! We had a buffet style dinner and the highlights were the chicken panchetta and brisket. Highly recommend them for your next event!

We hired True Cusine for our December 2023 wedding at The Brix in Carpentersville (150 guests) and was very impressed. Our pre event contact (Meghann) was very helpful responsive all throughout. The day of staff was on time and took care of all the table setting lighting of candles etc etc. Food was excellent received several compliments about the food! Everything went smooth would recommend True Cuisine to anyone needing catering for an event.

We absolutely loved working with True Cuisine Catering! We worked directly with Meghann and her team and they were all amazing. Meghann helped us through our tasting and picking our food options and allowed us to do multiple tastings to make sure we had picked the perfect menu. Meghann was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions regarding catering. She also knew our venue BRIX on the Fox very well and knew exactly how the day would go and how the BRIX weddings went. It was great to work with a caterer that was already at our venue every weekend. The True Cuisine team even helped box up a lot of our decorations at the end of the night. All of our guests raved about the food and said everything tasted excellent. We loved the food so much that we even had Sweet Baby Rays (the sister company) cater our after wedding celebration the next day. We can’t say enough great things about True Cuisine and we would recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding or event.

Hiring Sweet baby Ray’s was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our October 2023 wedding. From the beginning of the planning process to the day of the event, Sarah was there to answer any questions and give guidance. The day of the wedding, we could not have been more impressed with the staff. Sue, the event captain kept drinks refilled, brought us warm food, and even bustled my dress. The bartenders and waitstaff were professional, polite, and incredibly helpful to guests. They entire group was so efficient and our guests raved about the quality of the food. I have recommended Sweet Baby Ray’s to everyone I know getting married they were truly phenomenal to work with.

I am a wedding photographer who photographed a wedding you guys catered. Unbelievable. The best food I had all year at weddings! Your True Bistro Salad was absolutely the best and so was the Merlot Braised Brisket. So good!! The employees servicing the wedding were kind and hard workers.
