Kneading Ruby - Wollongong

My daughter was looking for this place from the internet. it was easy to find and offers large parking near the venue. funky-looking room, large dimming light sets the scene immediately at the arrival. Tested the cocktails to begin and was a little disappointed with the...first second had not the garnish and flooded the glass. not a biggy. we ordered the Polnta chips first with gorgonzola. they are slightly fluffy and a taste sensation! wow! the guy who looked at us then rushed to order the next course. we quickly set ourselves to order more food and we felt a little print to order more cocktails. we did not and went over the devotion of the delicious food before us. the type/wet was much too attentive and we felt that we really had no chance to relax and enjoy the room. we will be back with more people to experience this great place and hopefully the waiter will feel less the need to be in our face.

What a wonderful meal and total experience we had for lunch today. the freshest sweetest oysters, the divine aubergine crochets, the best tinten fish were just the beginning. the charred lamb neck was one of the most beautiful meals we have eaten. the staff is friendly and helpful and...happy to use! we had not many better experiences, we have eaten at many beautiful places all over the world and this is easy with them.

It has so much potential to be a great restaurant, but a few small problems can be settled. the positive are the staff are friendly, the restaurant looks fantastic inside and the beginners were very good and the eating was prompt. there are no menus, there is only a large board in the back part of the restaurant and it is really uncomfortable. at the end we had to watch the menu on our phone. How hard is it to have only menus like normal restaurants? as I said, the starters were good, but the main courses were very disappointing, the pizza was in average best, very little taste and the pizza base tasted as if it was made from broth sticks and the ingredients were very bland. definitiw not worth the $24 they calculate and finally they really push them into the top of the staff, they give them the bill with a pencil to fill out the top at the floor when they do not fill out that, the personal then they show the possibility to tap on the machine when they pay with the card. I'm all for an extraordinary service, but I like being on my chord. it just made dinge very unpleasant when it came to pay and then to leave, and it was so unnecessary. Allinall, we have just the feeling that the whole experience was in order, there is a definite amount of improvement that must happen to us to visit again in the future.

Nothing came out as it was ordered, drinks were wrong and slow. the personal was confused and seemed very inexperienced. for the price I expected a lot more. the servations were missing from size. 3 pizzas for 15 people are skimp. as someone who has a lot of experience in hospitality, overall I was very disappointed and would not risk going back.

This place is amazing, our waiter was the best. We had a variety of food, and all delicious. Garlic damper and polenta chips for entree awesome, pizzas and gnocchi delicious. Service quick and efficient and friendly. Wish we could if stayed longer. So enjoyed!!
