Domino's Pizza - Woking

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant, but the app showed that it had been sitting and waiting to go out for 25 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was cold. I tried calling for a replacement, but no one answered the phones. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Shocking service/food and a breeding ground for COVID in terms of health safety. AVOID at all costs! Staff need firing

Ordered online and waited over an hour and the app said it’s still in prep so call the place and no answer, tried to call them another 10 times still no answer. Drove myself to the place and picked up my order, when I asked why don’t they answer the phone he said “labelling is more important”. I will never order another pizza from this place run by useless individuals.

Food came on time, howeve, was cold and did not taste as good as it usually does. Was also give a different drink to what I ordered and just told they were out of stock; would have been nice to be called first to ask what I’d prefer as an alternative. Disappointing!

Pizza was undercooked, so asked for another. They couldn’t give me it on the night cause it was late. They told me they would add a free one to my address. When I rang up to claim they new nothing about it.
