Games are EXPENSIVE wait that might have been missed THE GAMES ARE EXORBITANTLY EXPENSIVE AND THE PRIZES ARE AS WELL. It’s a nice place to spend some time with your s/o or friends and can be quite a good experience. The games are very pricey like 1-2) as a minimum for coin drop games. To spend a couple hours and enjoy yourself expect to spend a bare minimum of 25 per person 35-50) if you want to actually play games and not decide what ones are overly expensive. I 'm a regular in Natick and the service in Woburn is atrocious comparatively. On 4/6/24 around 2:30pm we sat at the bar and waited 10min before a girl who was running around the 360 bar without ever acknowledging us asked a tall guy with glasses to come help us. It wasn 't even that busy. I am a kitchen supervisor in premium dining at Fenway and I am super patient and understanding of variables that could cause this but I would at least make sure my employees say sorry for the wait but ill be with you soon! She never even looked at us. Unfortunately, the tall guy never came back to ask us if we wanted a second drink. In fact, a blonde girl came in to be the 3rd bartender during our visit and never acknowledged us either. It actually pained me to leave a tip. Meanwhile, there 's all the servers standing around doing nothing but waiting for drinks for tables from ONE bartender who just ignores the rest of the customers. It 's a ridiculous set that the GM needs to address.

The game system is so rigged and a complete rip off. You spend $50 to get 25 cent toy. At least have the decency to gives these kids a normal prize worth something more than 25 cents.
