Today’s my first time trying, Cava and I had the most amazing experience. The staff was so wonderful and welcoming. Johnny and Andre helped me make my own bowl and treated me amazing. They’re both such amazing human beings and their kindness made my day can’t wait to come
Been to many Cava store but this location is the best. Simply because of their team! Everyone is so friendly and kind. The food is always on point and the portions are appropriate no skimpy because they don't wanna make more. It is a busy location so if you order app service do yourself a favor and chekc your order. Everyone who works their is human no AI ... so occasionally humans make mistakes... maybe you don't idk... Please keep the cava team Humans!
I have heard good things about this Cava in Woburn, so I had to give it a try. I walked in and there was a big line. The line was gone quick, and I got my order quickly. The employees were friendly making sure I got everything I needed so I will definitely be coming again the food was very fresh and filling.
Strike 3. The food really is great but they are so disorganized and clearly the workers don't care about the product. Such a shame. I've ordered take out 3 times now and I've waited at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes after the time they said it'd be ready. They focus on the walkins who get served immediately. They also canceled a group order one time without contacting me. When I called they didn't care at all, didn't even apologize.
