The Cross Keys - Witham

Beautiful village pub. old and full character, in the center of white notley with a good parking space. we broke a drink on Friday night, he was busy with people, but not excessive. the beer was excellent, fresh and well kept. good fights, but a devastating lack of scratches. we plan to visit again soon to taste her food, the dishes from the kitchen looked good.

Went there for lunch, limited veggie options but what I did have was tasty. Few unusual beers on tap and very helpful and cheerful bar staff. Large beer garden out the back which was a nice surprise.

Quaint little freehouse. Excellent fillet steak perfectly cooked. Prawns tasted amazing. Staff very polite and friendly and pub very clean. Great find on the way back home. Thank you

Went here for a drink after doing a circular walk in the area. Good selection of beer and whilst we didn't eat here, food looked excellent. Very clean and friendly reception, will return!

Eight members of my family dined here yesterday afternoon, including my two young grandchildren, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and had a homemade quality that we loved. The staff was fantastic—very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was comfortable, and we found the bill to be quite reasonable; it was worth every penny. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. You won’t be disappointed! It was a very enjoyable experience for us. A big thank you to all the employees at Cross Keys!
