Lodge Wood Fire Grill - WISCONSIN DELLS

Not sure what was worse the food or the service. Easily one of our families worst dining experiences. After dropping $260on food that was hardly edible we went back to our suite and ordered a pizza from a local pizza place. Super disappointed!Food: 1/5

Tried for 3 weeks to make reservations for Thanksgiving dinner. Was first told had to make them via Yelp but after that didn't work I reached back out to Great wolf lodge and was told if I couldn't make them through Yelp it meant that they don't take reservations. So just to be sure I tried everything, I called every day to try and get connected to the restaurant just to have the call disconnect every single time. I emailed, sent messages and called on several occasions with zero luck. When we finally checked into the hotel I asked at check in if I could make reservations she said yes just walk over there to make them. We walked over and no one was in site and the gates where down. So around 4:00 we went back and spoke to the hostess to ask if we could make reservations for later and she said no they where completely full. I don't know what else I could have done to attempt to get a reservation.

Don’t rely on fake and paid reviews. Easily the worst food I’ve been served in my entire life. Went 2/2/22. I could’ve done better with $20 at the dollar tree. Four entrees and the total was $109. It was WORSE than concession stand food. %18 gratuity was added even tho it was a to go order! LOL. Makes total sense. Go literally anywhere else. Which is what I told everyone I saw after getting that food.

Just went here, will not be doing the dining credit again if this is the kind of product they offer. Had wait 20 mins just get drinks, understandable only one waitress working the tables. Waitress seamed unhappy, hope it was busy earlier and just worn down? Kids cheese burger had nothing on it , I really mean two buns and a patty , that's it . Got a frozen drink that was 80 percent ice . Ordered the shrimp pasta, and well it was horrible very oilly, the shrimp that was cooked in the pasta and sauce still had the tails on them, that's what the pic is of. After detailing three of them I called it quits on the mess I was having. Now I understand places like this charge high prices and the foods usually a 5 out of a 10. But this was horrible and made me loose my appetite. And only reason I'm posting is because year ago came here and had bad service, but had thought it was a one time thing, wow was I wrong.

We thought it was very tasty and good quality food, fair prices and large portions. The kids meals included vegetables and fruit along with the entree and fries. Had dinner here two nights in a row. Service was pleasant but food was a little slow to come out. We had the ribs, salmon, the wilderness bowl, a burger and kids meals and enjoyed everything. Food seemed a little bit healthier than most of the options in the Dells.
