Dunkin' - Wiscasset

I was there rather early. The staff were efficient and so friendly. Service was fast

I normally don't eat donuts. I stopped by to pick up a couple and celebrate fall. Also coffee with cream. The donuts were dry and tasteless. I'm wondering how long they were sitting in a glass case. Maybe I'll pick up another brand.

This dunkin location is conveniently located right off Rte 1. The lobby is clean and there are bathrooms for customers. There are only a few seats for dine-in but it's clean. Most people use the drive thru. I've generally had a good experience here whether I went inside or used the drive thru. It's a convenient location for travelers on 1.

Could not use my $5 GC to pay for my coffee and donut plus using cash to purchase more GCs. Could have been done in separate orders but workers did not suggest or even think of that option. I did and at that point the transaction had already happened. Not offered a refund. Had to pay cash for my coffee and donut. Gave the $5 GC away to my grandchildren who used it.

There's a man and woman who are extremely rude and very un professional plus they can never get my coffee right.
