Mcdonald's - Wisbech

For a quick bite to eat, look no further, staff were very friendly. Food was very nice as well.

Lazy staff, no urgency. Stood up longer waiting for food with other customers) whilst in there. Brought out wrong order 2 times. Served McFlurry melted, small amount, no choc, 4th time I was lucky. Worst McDonald’s around by far…. Really not acceptable tbh and for the staff to have poor attitude and tutting is not good enough. Need to close it down.

Absolutely joke of a McDonald's, 24hr restaurant, I went at midnight to find out: A: The Drive thru was closed. B: All the kiosks were closed. C: The till couldn't place orders D:The app didn't work. How exactly am I supposed to order food? Even during the day the food is usually cold and half the orders missing.

After a long wait for our meals, the food we received wasn't hot. The burgers and chips were lukewarm and they didn't taste very nice at all. I have never left any of my plant burger before but on this occasion I did. I was very hungry too. The burger wasn't cooked how it usually is, it was pale in colour so it definitely wasn't cooked properly. This visit has certainly put me off from coming here again. Disappointing.

Absolutely useless drive through. The number of times this place forgets items from an order is, quite frankly, a **** disgrace. Judging by the amount of times this happens to me it happened again today they must make a small fortune from not giving people food that has been paid for. I wouldn't recommend the drive through to anybody and the only reason I would recommend dining in is because when they miss stuff off the order you can deal with the problem immediately. Something that is difficult to do when you've just driven six miles home.
