Fresco - WIRRAL

I waited over an hour for my food at this restaurant, only to receive the wrong order. Despite informing them of the mistake, they refused to refund my money. I will not be returning here due to the poor service.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, and I had been there before. I ordered the kebab meal, which included doner kebab, chips, salad, and a drink. The food was very delicious and the price was reasonable. The portion size was huge and it actually lasted me for two meals. If you are looking for standard burger, kebab, or pizza options, this place is perfect. The hygiene standards are also very good, as the restaurant is spotless.

Been here for take away food twice, both times the staff have been really friendly. You can see the food being prepared in what appears to be a really clean kitchen. I have had their lamb kebab and a Fresco special 12 inch pizza, both have been more than I can eat. The kebab was packed with meat and salad, the pizza as the menu says was a bit of everything. Okay, so this is not fine dining, it's take away food, but it is as good as you'll get anywhere.

Finished A 12 Hour shift bought their kebabs chips and chicken everything was reheated and quite frankly I assume was going in the bin but given to me .They must have thought I was one of the drunks that they can palm this **** on so I am going on Monday to see local council to investigate it was that bad . DONT GO NEAR THEM

The food was plentiful and really tasty, the delivery driver was really nice as well. Took time to introduce himself and let me know about the offers as he saw I was a first time customer. Really impressed, will definitely be ordering again!
