Yolo Traders Bistro - Winters

Yolo traders bistro is a pleasant environment for dinner. eating is very creatiw and tasty.

The food was delicious! service was great, attentive and polite. the ambiente of the dining room was nice, just need a few decoration supplements and it would be great! the food was really delicious. Tapas style, but not Spanish food.

Eating was good, but not exciting. the service was ok, but they probably needed another server as the one who worked was somewhat overwhelmed (not bad at his job, had simply too many tables to take care of a good work. the flatbread was disappointing. a cracker is not a flatbread.

The combination of aromen was delicious. we shared the autumn rolls, tostada sampler, and Korean bbq Pork-belly Flatbread....the flatbread and tuna poke tostada have our lists and taste patterns.

Met the owner at high table. Nice fellow. Wonderful server who was also partner. He explained menu and everything we chose was beautiful and delicious. Very nice ambiance. Maybe some trio or music ?
