Ethos Vegan Kitchen - Winter Park

I'm not vegan however I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the waitress was very pleasant. Shared an order of their garlic knots and I was in heaven. You can tell It was made with homemade dough and the garlic butter was amazing. Had the fiesta salad and everything was so tasty, especially the dressing. Looking forward to retuning!

Service was wonderful! And the food was great! We had the crunchy green beans and the pumpkin penne pasta.

Forced my non-vegan friend to suffer and try this place with me! lol We came after 10am and wasn't busy so getting a seat was easy, our waitress was sweet and the food came fast. My friend and I got the breakfast skillet $14); it had tofu, potatoes, onions, green peppers, broccoli, a side of toast and your choice of sausage or Canadian bacon. He got an ice tea, said it was the best he's had and I just go apple juice $3). The decor is dark and has unique art but it has nice amount of light, they also have a bar. I would love to try other breakfast items and really excited to explore the lunch/dinner food! :D I'll get pictures next time lol)

Nice staff, and very good food. I had a vegan chicken pesto sandwich and mashed potatoes. Lasagna recipe on recent visit can be a revamped, maybe try a creamier ricotta or use some Beyond meat instead, it was on the watery side, maybe add some Soydelious plain unsweetened yogurt or something in the Lasagna Bolognese stylethe sausage raps were dry but filling, not fatty enough for the tart mustard dipping sauce. First let me start off with my grandfather who has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. We asked them specifically twice if they microwave any of there products and they answered no and no sir. So we order the meatloaf come to find out it was microwaved, not only that but the manager comes out and refuses to warm the food up on the flatop. Then doesn't address the fact that we were lied to by our waiter, I was incredibly disappointed with there service and dissatisfied with the deception. Like how can you carry yourself as a plant based resturaunt who microwaves there food. For a family owned resturaunt I'm extremely upset that we trusted them to provide us with healthy food just to be let down with food that's been struck with radiation. We will not be returning.
