Applebee's Grill - Winter Haven

The service was excellent eating on the other side I did not like so much, but overall it was ok.

My only complaint would have to be the air conditioning system. it was so cold gott for hunting in the car thanks. our waitress beatrice was delightful, she has a wonderful sense of humor, playful while we know how we help us feel at home. beatrice was attentive without being overwhelming. she kept an eye out to see how we did it and took care of each of our needs as they showed up. If I were a store manager, I would have tried to recruit them, she could be a asset for any management team. By the way, it was delicious. had the ribs and fish and chips we both enjoy our meal

It was a coincidence that it was the VETERNEMEN, and we did not manage to do so much that it was the FOOD GREAT and it was not a big WATER for our FOOD

I've been in this Applebee twice since I moved to Winter Haven and it's probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Both times we waited 20-30 minutes past our pickup window for food and every time at least one item is missing. And his not like a side or diving sauce, it's a whole duck. I went back to tell them and he first person pretended I was the biggest load, second girl was super nice and apologetic about it. I will not even come to the part where we had ordered the desert and forgot the ice, among other things, and told my friend that all their ice cream was melted so that he did not get. Save your money and your time, don't come here.

Shawna was an excellent server. She was very attentive, polite and sweet. She made my daughter feel very special and was very patient with us while we were deciding what to order. She helped us choose the perfect entree. Thanks so much Shawna!
