Always dirty, took forever to get our food and when we got it, it was wrong!
The food was fine. The ordering kiosk experience sucked. The computing power behind the process is inadequate. It kept thinking I wasn't answering or inputting when I was waiting on it. The employees could see everyone was struggling with it but did NOT offer to help. If you keep using this failed system you might as well close your restaurants.

This is the second time in a row this has happened. 3 does not equal 6. UPDATE: The app wasn’t working but the employee and manager were able to figure it out aaaand MY BACANATORS WERE PERFECT AND HOT, with the right amount of bacon. Great job!
