Bidrage med feedbackThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I experienced in a long time. it took a long time before the customers received their orders and three of the five were wrong when they received them.
The apple herbal salad is one of my favorite food there as well as the spicy chicken sandwich. in the drive thru I was sent to a parking lot where I had to wait, with no other customer in the line. Beyond that, when I went to the house, they can find that the beverage machine with tackiness has been neglected over everything, because continuous use and lack of cleanliness.
I like wendy’s and I usually don’t write reviews on restaurants because it is not a bitter old person who wants to pick a fight but something serious must be done about this wendy’s. I have actually thought about these wendy’s when considering how they can’t even get the simplest entries right. I'm not a person frustrated with almost food worker and I can always be polite and reasonable, but these wendys always gets my order wrong his not only simple mistakes that can be fixed, it's always something radical different than the ones that ive order. the line is slower than most places, but it never made me crazy, like what I heard from others. my only question with the personal is that they are incompetent. I hate being rude and I can forgive that they show up because they happen, and we are all humans, but everytime I go here, they're messing up. I shouldn't be looking like a politicist to make sure I have my food. I'm sure we're all looking for our bags on the same parking space near the rear exit. I called it herman btw. I know I could go to uni, but I shouldn't.
I never write such letters, but I was so shocked by the treatment we received at our local wendy (2735 reynolda rd, Winston-Salem, nc 27106). my 2 children (5 year old little girls and 9 year old young) and I arrived tonight about 19:15 clock and there were 4 cars before us on the drive thru. it took us 20 minutes to come into the second window to get our food that was self frustrating (but I would never write a letter only for the waiting period). my little girl decided that she wanted to get a juice box, so I got 2 dollars out of my pocket and I told the guy who gave me the food that my little girl wanted a juice box. he said, “I should go back”. we just waited 20 minutes in the line and wanted only one juice box. I didn't ask her to make me an extra sandwich or meal, I just wanted her to reach into the refrigerator and get a juice box that I was happy to pay with the 2 dollar money I had in my hand. Anyway, I told the guy that it was silly that I came back to get into the line for a juice box, and I would really appreciate it if he could get me a juice box. he said he was not open to take money. I said, okay. I saw another man behind him who took money into the house, so I asked the man in the window if he could just charge me what would be great. his answer was in a loud ton “I don’t give ****” and he hit the window on me. my daughter started crying because she thought that this guy screams at me. I stayed quiet and sat there for a minute until a dame came into the window with a juice box. I gave her the 2 dollar (which I know is an overpayment) and she gave me a juice box. Once I got it, I said thank you and drove away. I'm 43 years old and I've never experienced anything like that. I'll never go back.
I waited for 10min to Order my Food kept saying Hello Hello finally drove up to the Window Address how long I was there and Suggested some should've informed me to pull up for Service and the Lady won't to get Smart with Me had a very Negative Attitude plus other Vehicles was behind me.
